John Lin

Director

John Lin has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, have a thorough knowledge in construction methodology especially in multiple units development, institutional facilities and D&C projects. He is a Registered Building Practitioner and holds a Commercial and Domestic Builder’s license, as well as completing multiple degrees, including Bachelor of Planning and Design, Bachelor of Property and Construction and Master of Project Manager. He has been a Project Manager for over 20 year. He managed the construction of large commercial project such as Ice rinks at Dockland, Control Tower and TAS Building, Melb. Airport, Sunraysia Health Community Centre, Mildura and many more. He completed apartments such as The Chase, Forest Hill and Glass Creek, Balwyn North.

Perry Fan

Director

Perry Fan has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. He is a  qualified carpenter and plaster in trade, has completed Certificate IV in construction and successful business owner for sub-contractor. He has worked on major residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects ranging up to $70M. Perry also has a natural ability to communicate with clients, consultants and trade contractors, and thrives on being resourceful, flexible and accommodating to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perry has gained valuable experience in both general and major residential  and commercial works.
